Côtoyer's distinctive packaging has been designed with care and attention. More than just a disposable accessory, it is an extension of the product and a continuation of its vision. It consists of 3 main parts, each embellishing your pieces, and protecting them in a warm, high-quality cocoon.

An exceptional box
Our boxes are assembled exclusively in a small workshop in France near the Swiss border, collaborating with the world's leading brands. They are cloche boxes with lids, for optimum preservation and lasting protection of your pieces. The paper used is recycled, and the printing is eco-friendly, using water-based silkscreen.
The color combination, brown for the box and beige for our logo, underlines the softness, sincerity and comforting aspect of CÔTOYER, like a bubble of well-being for your pieces. If you look closely, you'll see in the subtle, pleasing texture of the paper an evocation of our cutting element, with its rounded curves.
HIGH-QUALITY, ECO-RESPONSIBLE CREATIONS
FUROSHIKI FABRIC
To delicately wrap and preserve your shoes and belts, we've carefully designed a reusable Furoshiki fabric,inspired by Japan tradition, in order to reduce waste. The fabric was chosen for its elegant toile de Jouy pattern, with foliage and animals, representing the beauty of nature. The cotton is organic and GOTS,which certifies a total absence of human exploitation, and the total absence of pesticides for optimal respect of biodiversity, workers and animals. It is woven woven in Spain, and hand-assembled in France in an artisanal sewing workshop. On the back is an iron-on label with care instructions for your fabric.
Furoshiki fabric is designed to protect and preserve your pieces, and is intended to accompany them. However, you can use it as you wish for other purposes, to embellish a bag for example, or give free rein to your imagination.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
To guarantee the authenticity of each CÔTOYER piece, made with care and attention, we've added a unique certificate of authenticity,filled in by hand. It certifies the identity and authenticity of each piece and guarantees its traceability.
Developed in collaboration with our graphic designer, it features the soft, neutral tones of CÔTOYER. Printed on thick Keykolours paper,renowned for its exceptional printing quality, with a slightly beige tint, its fine grain and pleasant texture let each chiseled word stand out perfectly.
It comes with a printed photography highlighting the passionate work of men and women that did bring your shoes and belts to life. The photography is inserted into delicately hand-crafted notches. It has a satin-finish baryta texture, and is produced by a French photography studio in Lyon.
Scan QR codes to acces musical paths, that will allow you to continue your journey with CÔTOYER during the day, the evening, or for a bubble of relaxing time.
The entire certificate is slipped into a custom made, sand-colored envelope,reminiscent of warmth and comfort, echoing the brown and beige hues of the box, and meticulously set with a coppery wax seal featuring our logo . All the parts that make up our certificate are made exclusively in France.

SHIPPING CARDBOARD
You'll receive your pieces in a recycled, double-fluted cardboard box, for maximum protection against shocks during delivery. Our cardboard boxes are custom-made in a French company just outside Marseille.
OUR ADVICES FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR PIECES
To clean your shoes
To clean superficial stains on materials, utilisez une chamoisine en coton légèrement humide and rub gently.
Use a clear cream polish for shine,if necessary. You can use a stiff bristle brush to evenly polish all parts of the shoes, as well as to remove mud and other dirt.
Our materials do not discolor over time, and colored shoe polish is not necessary. For an optimal preservation, please keep your shoes and belts , in their boxes protected with furoshiki fabric in a dry place.
To clean your Furoshiki
The initial caring instructions appears in french in the back of your furoshiki fabric.
Wash it only at cold temperatures,by hand.
You can use a Marseille soap or a black soap.Rince it by hand. The furoshiki fabric support ironing at high temperatures (cotton) but only on the front side, the side where you can clearly see the toile de jouy pattern correctly.
